Build Your Alliance is certified in teaching Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Behaviors. This experience assesses teams on their current ability to trust each other, have healthy conflict, make commitments, hold each other accountable, and deliver results. Once we know the scores, the workshop allows the team and manager to dive into how they improve those areas and ultimately the commitments they are making to each other and the company to meet and exceed expectations.

Workplace - this experience is designed to help everyone in your organization work better with others, communicate better, and collaborate better.
Management - this experience is designed to uncover the unique DiSC styles of managers and adapt their behaviors to more effectively manage, motivate, direct, and develop staff based on their own DiSC styles.
Agile EQ - this experience is designed to help people interpret the emotional requirements of a situations and quickly adapt their personal style to meet the needs of those around them.
Work of Leaders - Participants begin with learning their leadership priorities based on the Work of Leaders model. The results are translated into a detailed, 23-page profile that provides personalized strategies for crafting a Vision, building Alignment, and championing Execution.
Sales - this course starts by helping people in customer facing sales roles better understand their DiSC style so they can then recognize, understand, and adapt to the buying styles of their customers.

Workshops are tailored to your team’s needs and can include one-time intensive experiences or ongoing group development, such as being a part of your new employee orientation or leadership-building programs. We also offer one-on-one professional coaching sessions for select groups of individuals to help foster self-growth with corporate goals in mind.

TEAM WORKSHOPS
Build trust and a common language to work together better.
Engage your team members in workshops to uncover new ways of working together toward your shared goals. Each workshop will include individual access to an applicable assessment plus one-on-one time with a Build Your Alliance coach for each team member before and after the workshop. An example agenda for a workshop might include discussions and activities to build trust, establish a common language, navigate conflict, and create accountability to move toward your shared goals. You’ll also get a follow-up with your coach after 60 days to see if the team is honoring their commitments.

As an authorized partner in both Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors®, Build Your Alliance can help individuals from your organization become certified facilitators of the product lines in both of these powerful tools. This allows you to deliver the content across your organization at a fraction of the cost, while utilizing Build Your Alliance to purchase your assessments.
If you are looking to introduce DiSC or the Fiver Behaviors® to your organization, we suggest first working with Build Your Alliance to deliver a workshop with one of our established teams. When you see the positive results, Build Your Alliance can deliver more workshops or we can work together to figure out the appropriate number of certifications you need to continue facilitating the content across your organization at scale.

ONE-ON-ONE OR GROUP COACHING
Access self-discovery to advance corporate goals.
Develop leadership or expand creative capabilities for select individuals with one-on-one or group professional coaching. Each individual coaching session can include access to applicable assessments, selected based on the goals and needs of the individual within the context of the organization. The coach will work with the individual for a set period of time to help define their values and strengths and identify how they fit into the organization’s broader goals.
Group coaching is a great option for a specific group/cohort allowing them to bring forward topics they might be struggling with or needing some other creative ideas to push it forward. It creates a supportive peer group that nourishes a collaborative space for ideation, solutions, and feedback.
